First thing, you have to remember this dog house is priced very low compared with others this size. With that in mind you cannot expect premium building materials but it is definitely adequate. I bought two of these for my dogs (APBT[about 80lbs] and German Sheppard[about 60lbs]) and they really do love them. The wingnut system used to attach the two plastic door flaps is definitely horrible, I replaced it with some screws and washers.
Installation was VERY easy, everything snaps together, no tools required. I would definitely stake the house down as it is very light and will fly away if not. The house also says not to lean or stand on it, make sure you follow this! My dog decided to jump onto the roof and fell right through... No harm done though, just snapped it back together.

All in all, I would buy this product again, fits my needs and for a very reasonable price.
